Through our internal mobility site, you can seize opportunities in new teams, new entities or even new cities (four sites in France). We offer a flexible work-from-home policy throughout France, up to 14 days a month.

A culture of transparency and feedback

As a candidate, you'll be supported throughout the process by the Talent Acquisition team, with clear communication at every stage. Whether the outcome is positive or not, each final interview is followed by a feedback session. On the employee side, every month we take the pulse of our teams through a survey, which is then shared. You'll also take part in the major rituals that mark the life of the company: annual kick-offs, monthly webcasts, and Q&A sessions with the board, with a policy of transparency and zero taboos.

Our CSR program
