We offer a wide range of training programs: a common base shared by all employees, Talent Development (Soft Skills, Odigo Leader Program for managers), technical expertise, certification training, and other diversified topics depending on your position and needs. Odigo offers you a flexible future!

Through our internal mobility site, you can seize opportunities in new teams, new entities or even new cities (four sites in France). We offer a flexible work-from-home policy throughout France, up to 14 days a month.

A culture of transparency and feedback

As a candidate, you'll be supported throughout the process by the Talent Acquisition team, with clear communication at every stage. Whether the outcome is positive or not, each final interview is followed by a feedback session. On the employee side, every month we take the pulse of our teams through a survey, which is then shared. You'll also take part in the major rituals that mark the life of the company: annual kick-offs, monthly webcasts, and Q&A sessions with the board, with a policy of transparency and zero taboos.

Our CSR program

As a signatory to the United Nations Charter, we are very proud to have been awarded an EcoVadis Silver Medal in recognition of our CSR approach. We invite our employees to take part in a wide range of solidarity actions throughout the year, supporting various associations for their positive impact.
